WHDA’s litigation team ensures representation of clients in all types of intellectual property law cases. With patent specialists in diverse technical areas, we form litigation teams with better insight into the specific issues being addressed. We represent clients in patent, trademark, trade dress and copyright cases, as well as investigations before the International Trade Commission. Our litigation group, headed by Scott Daniels, has experience in handling IP litigation from interferences at the Patent Office to infringement cases at Federal District Courts and appellate matters at the Federal Circuit.
